IWWS System Design - Typical Design for
Industrial Laundries
The IWWS Physical/Chemical Wastewater Treatment System treats the
waste stream in a continuous process using minimal amounts of chemistry
in a self-contained , skid-mounted system that uses little floor
space.
Our system is designed to eliminate large EQ tanks. Instead we
use a proprietary method of passively adjusting the influent pH.
This method requires minimal chemistry and creates a robust system
that can handle wide fluctuations in pH, contaminant loadings and
flow rates.
The IWWS system brings into compliance TSS, BOD, COD, FOG and heavy
metals. Our patented process for heavy metals removal brings
all common metals to under a part per million. All IWWS systems
provide 50%-70% water reuse.
